Small RNA sequencing

Small RNA sequencing is largely adopted for gene regulation studies at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels.
The protocol used for library preparation is TruSeq Small RNA Sample Prep Kit that generates small RNA libraries directly from total RNA.
Small RNA sequencing data can be analyzed to discover novel miRNAs and other small non-coding RNAs and to study the differential expression of all small RNAs.
